I haven’t had an eye exam in YEARS! I was dreading it. I even almost canceled my appointment, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Best customer service. Awesome doctor. Front desk ladies were friendly, funny and very welcoming. I’m really happy I decided to keep my appointment. Thank you guys (:

I had the best experience with Dr Tran, she’s very nice & helpful! I’m in the process of getting contacts & every trial appointment is quick and easy.Can’t wait to be done with trials, but Dr Tran & the office staff have made the process seamless.

Had a less than pleasant visit today. If Dr. Watters and his assistants weren't so great, I'd seriously consider going elsewhere due to the treatment I received from the front desk and optical. I politely asked a basic question at the front desk and she responded in a rude tone as if I'd been rude or aggressive, which I wasn't ( that's not my style). The she walked by me and barked an order at me to "sit down" while I was waiting. ( Umm - I am a grown-a** woman. Do not bark orders at me. Needless to say - I remained standing). The someone from optical brought my lenses out. I simply asked if it was possible to keep the old lenses. Again - she responded as if I'd asked...read full review
