Great experience all around! I placed my order with their easy to use website, received a call to schedule within 24 hours, and had product on site with very flexible times of arrival with 48 hours! I used dark fir, and it was great! I could tell it was fresh, not sitting for a long period of time and had no other debris present. Reception was friendly and helpful, onsite delivery sent a photo of drop off confirmed in exact location I described. Great job all of the team at The Rockery!!

I had left a bit of a negative review due to pieces of debris/plastic/glass, etc. in some 50/50 soil mix that I had purchased. The service here has always been amazing and their compost is top of the line, some of the best I've ever used, and I've never been disappointed with any of the products at BGR. I also like supporting local businesses as well so I was pretty surprised when I got home and dumped the soil. BGR did reach out after seeing my review and offered to correct the issue and apologized. They weren't making excuses the just explained that they had sourced the soil from a new source and they were even surprised and caught off guard by the... read full review
