We have had my son in classes for three weeks now. I have noticed a drastic difference in my son already. He has been so much more respectful and focused on reaching his goals for class. He has ADHD and we were worried that he just would not be able to focus long enough last through more than 15 minutes of a class. Mr. McLean was true to his word, they work wonders with children like my son. I highly recommend giving them a try!!!!!!

I have trained with Mr. McLean for the better part of 15 years off and on. I've honestly known him for over half of my life. I have trained in several schools and MMA is the best in all of Mobile. The instructors, from Mr. McLean to his trainees, are very well trained and work very well with kids of all ages. If you're looking for fitness, self defense, discipline or interpersonal skills, for you or your children, this is the school.

Its a family affair! We started at Mountain View Martial Arts & Fitness as a way for our 2-year-old to have an activity while our oldest was playing t-ball. We were so impressed with the structure and patience the instructors showed that we signed up our oldest. Eventually the entire family started taking classes at Mountain View (mom and dad included). Master Mason is great and works with all fitness levels and special needs. He has an inherent ability to know just how hard to push. We love that it is an activity we can all do as a family. Leave the outside world stresses, behind, get some exercise, learn discipline, and have fun!
