Our family has been dealing with a long standing (10+ years) heating & cooling problem. A tech was dispatched from Hendrickson to diagnose the issue. However after exhausting testing, he admitted that he was stumped.
However, to our amazement he escalated the issue to a senior level technician who was dispatched (free of charge!). After two hours of testing, listening and looking at virtually everything, the problem was found, resolved and tested.

Our A/C system failed completely and needed it replaced during the hottest time of year. I called Hendrickson who responded immediately, walked through the entire project, spent time reviewing existing ducting and central air system, and sent me a quote to improve air flow and install a new A/C system. They were able to get a crew and materials on site in pretty quick order. The new installation was very challenging especially with installing new refrigerant lines from the outdoor heat pump to the indoor unit. However, they installed the whole system in only 1.5 days and got us back into a cool and comfortable home just in time before the next heat wave.
Hendrickson HVAC is phenomenal. Our central air wasn't cooling so we called to get it checked out. We were given the option to repair it or replace it. We decided it was time to replace it. Hendrickson gave us 3 estimates. We chose and got financing within minutes. Ted handled the paperwork and permits- he was on top of everything and so kind. Wyatt and Levi came out and installed our new system. They worked hard and did a great job. They were even forgiving when I forgot and let my dogs outside...it must've been scary. I'm so sorry guys.
