I had an appointment with Dr. Egbert & it exceeded expectations. The petite technician with the brown hair in a bun, glasses and light accent was also helpful. Overall, this experience was even better than last year. I felt the doctor checked everything in detail and explained options and processes with a useful level of detail for a patient who is newer to eye care.
This vision practice provides a level of customer service and elevated experience that comes very close to being at the 4 Seasons or a Ritz Carlton. The staff is extremely polite and courteous, and the doctor really cares; not just about your eyes but genuinely just how you’re doing as a person. I honestly look forward to going to my eye appointment, which I never thought I would say! Cannot recommend this place enough!
Best optometrist office I’ve been to in so long! Long review here ?, but I’m new to the area and saw the good reviews - they did not disappoint. Dr. Jason Egbert and team are fantastic. I absolutely can’t thank Jason enough for his approach and respectful communication style about my experience and previous prescription, ensuring we got it right. And for those of us who can’t always afford to order glasses or lenses from the optometrist directly… First off, only order the cheap frames and NOT lenses if you need progressives or have poor vision - absolutely worth the price to have them precisely done!
