Ashley is a true professional — her space feels relaxing and easy from the moment you sit down. She genuinely loves what she does, and her passion for the craft shows in every detail. She walked me through the entire lash perm process step by step, which helped so much since I don’t know a lot about the beauty industry. I’m a no-makeup, keep-it-simple kind of person, but I didn’t want to look washed out, and Ashley completely understood that and helped me get exactly where I wanted to be.
