Justin is a fabulous Pilates instructor. He’s very good with beginners and can work around any injury. Every time my husband and I work with Justin, we feel absolutely amazing afterwards. He works with our limitations to ensure we are getting the most out of our sessions without pushing us over our limits/physical abilities - which is refreshing as I find too many Pilates and yoga instructors these days impatiently pushing students past their physical abilities too soon. Scheduled a deep tissue massage as a birthday gift. The feedback I received was excellent. Deep tissue massage was painful, but a good pain as he knew what to work out and where. He definitely knew what he was doing. Would recommend. The office was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. I was able to schedule rather quickly 2 days out online. Received a call back to a voicemail I left the same day which is always appreciated. You owe it to yourself!
