I recently had an experience with Island Family Eyecare that truly stood out. During a recent trip, my luggage was stolen, and with it went my contact lenses. In a bit of a panic, I stopped by their office for help.

The staff at Island Family Eyecare went above and beyond to assist me. They provided free samples of contact lenses to tide me over for the remainder of my trip. This act of kindness made a world of difference in a very stressful situation.

I was vacationing on the island when my prescription glasses lost a screw.

Seemed like i should go to Ace-- and they were great, but the standard eyeglass repair kit was a bust. (5 stars for the BBI Ace too)

So I called Island and the kind woman said "oh man! That's terrible! C'mon over"

So I did, thinking it works cost me $5-$10, but I'd get a solid fix...

As a client of Island Family Eyecare--you need not worry. The Island team found a solution--and mailed the necessary contacts to me --within 6 hours of my cry for help.
