We had wonderful assistance from Lisa at the Silverdale store buying new appliances. The Beko dual fuel range unfortunately just didn't meet our expectations. We tried to work with it for a couple of months and decided that it just was not the best unit for our needs. We worked with Lisa and James about our options and they went to bat for us with the local Beko rep Jason. We got a prompt and courteous call back from the Beko regional service manager who said he would personally come to our house to address our needs. Worked with Tim, what a wonderful employee, even though we handed a terrible job, he was sharp, knowledgeable, very personable. All in all did a great job and didn’t mind sharing as he moved along… GREAT JOB TIM!! Thank you!!!
