Came in for a scheduled Clary Care appointment, Jonathan and the service team were great, providing fast and friendly service.

No hassle easy and quick service super happy with Auburn VW staffs.

I will never take my car back to Bud Clary VW. So many things went wrong and I now understand why other VW locations are booked several weeks out but this place could get me in quickly. Communication was terrible. The service manager refused to speak with me, even after I had been trying for over 2 hours to get a status update. None of the quoted numbers matched. I ended up paying almost $30 more than what they told me because I used a credit card to pay. Even then, the prices on the quote didn’t match what I ultimately paid. My service rep was rude, when I actually did get to her. Apparently she was in training most of the day and nobody else in service was able (or willing) to help. Why would you give someone in training clients if they are not going to be able to help them all day? Truly the most frustrating experience.

Rachel was very kind and helpful. She told me approximately how long the service would take, and was right on the money. I will be coming back with any future service issues or scheduled maintenance. Thank you Bud Clary Auburn Volkswagen Service Center for a pleasant experience!

Best experience I've had with a service center. Joshua was friendly, explained the costs, what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. Work was done in a timely manner and I was notified of changes. Great working with him.
