Just thought id give an honest unbiased review unlike the rest of the people on here who are just upset because the outcome isnt what they desired.
I was honestly stressed coming in because i have PTSD so going to places are naturally worrisome for me but each lady at that front desk made me feel listened to and respected.
Oh and to the people who complain because the desk ladies chat to each other, would you rather a non friendly environment? If you would prefer a rude/hostile place then go to intercepts in federal way.
Simply never had a bad experience here not sure why the reviews are so bad but they have been helping me for years without this place I would be living a completely terrible life thank you all working here and doing what you do so well
A seemingly great combination and collaboration of a team that was truly available to assist my family in reunification. Even though covid the appointment options were truly the best option for my family.
Regardless of the external circumstances and factors of an opportunity which was not in the interest of a partnership with dyfs and doc whom chose a path that was not the best and or appropriate for my spouse or my children. Which is truly sad because the complexity of what was needed was something that was addressed and fully available at the time.
