Lacchi took my day-of request for eyebrow threading. She went above and beyond to listen to what I want and did an incredible job. A previous threader had taken too much off a couple months ago, and she was able to preserve the hairs that were growing out while still shaping them and giving me exactly what I wanted. She kept the natural shape and didn’t take too much off. Aside from her being really good at what she does, she’s also SO lovely and sweet, and her space is cute and clean.
