I am updating my review a year later because I just have to share that I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Our pup got sick during our recent vacation and the staff at this location was so thoughtful and thorough. Each time she had a vomiting incident they immediately took her temperature, checked her gums and belly, and sent us a picture with detailed information about what happened and discussed their care plan with us. They adjusted her activities and diet to be sensitive to her needs and went above and beyond to care for our girl, without charging us an extra dime. They truly care about your pet and take the best care of them. The monthly themes are a fun addition and all of the staff are fantastic. The photos provided give you a sense of ease while away and let you know your pet is having the best time. I would highly recommend coming here.

My wife loves this place. She checks in with rainier multiple times a day excited to show me our happy dogs or some cute themed day from the seemingly constant photo sessions. This place caters to the modern day dog parent very well and our dogs seem to be unusually excited to be released into their care.
