I would absolutely hire this company for any project. I had a cracked sewer pipe that became a nightmare to fix. I had originally started the floor repair with another company that was terrible. I contacted PFI and they responded immediately. Not only did they fix the mess that was left after the plumbing and flooring people, they went above and beyond to make everything was perfect. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and work. Top notch people and company.
Kellie and her team made a yearlong nightmare experience end on a high note. Kellie's commitment to my project happen with ease, quickly, and well done. Throughout the quick turn around from quote to completion I was impressed with her communication, problem solving, respect, and compassion (along with her technical skills and eye for what would look good (and at a good price). I give PFI my HIGHEST rating. If I could give her 10 stars, that would still be under what she deserves.
We needed the flooring installed in our basement. Professional flooring installers was ready, willing and able to get the job done quickly. They did an excellent job installing plank flooring. They also installed baseboards all around. Very nice work. I recommend them. I will hire them again for our next flooring job.
