From purchase to installation, Jeremy Legary was absolutely on point every step of the way. What really stood out was how responsive and patient he was—despite clearly having a full plate, he took the time to answer every one of my (many) questions via text without ever making me feel like a bother. Jeremy delivers the kind of old-school customer service that's hard to find these days—genuine, thorough, and truly focused on doing right by the customer. I’m a gutter/siding contractor that has used NuRay multiple times for custom flashing work. Each time, they helped me with dimension take-offs from old pieces of flashing, and even worked with my gutter materials supplier to get the material they needed so it would match existing gutter color. Fast and friendly and not afraid of small jobs. Yes, the parking is tight but I’m not dinging them for that. Highly recommended.
