Nielsen Bros Flooring

Nielsen Bros in Auburn did all of our flooring in our new home. Not only did Brett Anderson take top notch care of us in the planning process, once the installation process began Val and his team were amazing! We had a few warranty issues that have been taken care of and we are very, very pleased. Out of ALL the third parties we have dealt with Nielsen Bros were the best. And I LOVE my floors!

Drove an hour to get here after confirming appt again yesterday. No show. Contacted closest Nielsenstore who said they really don't know anything about the other stores but I could drive another 1/2 hour to them. Waited 35 mins and headed to other store. On the way, decided to call Auburn one more time. Guy answered the phone and said "yeah you came by when I wasn't here" with attitude. I hung up. Don't waste your time.
