My lock was a problem but the technician communicated clearly and was able to meet me quickly and did a good job. The problem is when you’re in a bind and it’s a service that needs to come to you it’s always a premium price. Oh well I guess“

Ron arrived within an hour of my call and quoted me a very reasonable (especially for the emergency nature) $134.As he worked, I mentioned that I had 'call a locksmith' on my to do list to change out the semi-working deadbolt and rekey the locks. He told me he could change the deadbolt right then with what he had or I could get the new lock myself and he would come back (which he gave me a quote for). Overall, Ron was fantastic.
