I stopped in with a gun, safe question, as I was unable to get it open. I brought the safe down to the shop and in the pouring rain, one of the workers came out and was able to help us get it unlocked. He went above and beyond as the safe was 300 pounds it didn't charge us for his expertise. We went inside had a couple keys made, and I will highly recommend their customer service to anyone.!!

Mr. Chery came out and replaced our business keypad. He changed the batteries, and even adjusted our door closers. Very professional. Answered questions and explained what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Sam came to our estate sale. He saw we had a gun safe handle that wasn’t working. He had his tools and fixed it then and there. We had called a different locksmith who never called back. We taped ESI business cards to the safes being sold. Everyone needs a locksmith they can rely on.Today I brought in a box requiring a long lost skeleton key. They are working with it now. We’re all curious to see what’s inside.
