HealthPoint Auburn North

I recently was seen at the HealthPoint Auburn office as a new patient. Having not been to the Doc since before COVID, I was a bit anxious upon arrival, but my nerves were quickly settled by Greg’s (one of the MA’s) gentle nature. He was very kind and attentive while helping me get thru my longer than usual list of health concerns to relay to the Doc. His great sense of humor was especially comforting to me.

I've been at HealthPoint for several months now and no problems but lately the parking is a nightmare. We have to park half block away and I walk with a walker and in a lot of pain and have to walk all that way to get into the clinic. How long will it be like this? It's a total nightmare but I do like my doctor and have good experience except for the parking.

They saved my life before, helping me absolutely get rid of my former alcohol addiction. I am nearly two years sober now because of them. I continue to go to them because of their empathy and depth of understanding how to connect at the human level that we need. I need them again today after surviving a near fatal car accident where a Ford Police Interceptor smashed into me at high speed out of nowhere a couple days ago, and I am now having delayed symptoms. They are my first choice of location to get physically checked out. I don't agree with any of the negative reviews here. The staff have become a sort of extended family now.
