I am a repeat customer with Guardian. First, I would like to say, Ron B. is awesome. He is thorough, professional and personable. I have many dealings with him over the years. I appreciate him. Then I meet Jesus and his team. What a great team. They were very dedicated to getting the job done and they worked together like a true team. They were very polite in conversation with me and with each other. Then along came Antonio, who I first had a phone conversation with, then met in person. I observed him dealing with his crew without him knowing about it. He treated them with kindness, dignity and respect. Such a kind man. Jimmy Brown and his team did a fantastic job on our project. We had a massive leak and actually had a contract with another company, but due to severe lack of communication and multiple issues with follow-through on our agreement, that fell through.
We reached out to Guardian Roofing and Jimmy was at our house the following day. He performed the most thorough inspection (we had 5 or 6 companies out) and afterward sat down with us to talk through all our options, answered all the questions we had, and really put our minds at ease after a terrible experience with the previous contractor.
