Letty was very responsive over email and was able to come quickly to provide an estimate. Their pricing was also competitive (they did suggest a different carpet brand than all the other estimates but I am very happy with this carpet). The install was top notch. I was really impressed with the care that they took not to damage anything in the house as they removed the old carpet and installed new carpet. They didn't scuff any walls, baseboard or railings. We had carpet installed by Juan and his son Juan a few days ago and it looks amazing. I had a hard time deciding which carpet to install and Juan and Letty were so accommodating, driving out several times to bring me samples, and working with my schedule to pick the perfect swatch. From beginning to end, I worked with Juan and Letty closely, they didn’t subcontract out…huge bonus for that.
