Fantastic experience: professional, knowledgeable team, patient, helpful, such hard workers! Worked 13 hours to install my new furnace and heat pump. And it was 96 degrees outside! Quite an undertaking! From my initial meeting with Isai to watching the transformation.of my heating and, now, my new cooling equipment being carefully set up and tested, to the patient instructions on the new thermostat, to the final check of all systems to ensure everything was working and then the final walk through inside and outside...they were fantastic! Left everything in great shape. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent experience! Thanks, guys!!! Kudos!

My call was on a heat pump installed last summer giving me an erroneous outdoor temp. They sent a technician out the next working day and he fixed it in less.than 5 minutes by moving the sensor to a spot where it wouldn't be hit with all day sun (a tree that used to shade to spot came down last winter.) It's reading correctly now. Thanks!
