We were pleased with Krontz and their funeral home. We purchased our urn separately and they took good care of it until it was needed. They were compassionate and professional. They were recommended by People’s Memorial and we were not disappointed.
This most recent experience with Klontz is my third in 2.5 years. My parents and then my baby brother. When my brother died I didn't even consider another facility. The compassion and empathy displayed by the entire staff is top shelf. Emily literally let me cry on her shoulder, made sure I understood that in no way was I a bother or an inconvenience. Hopefully I won't have use of their services again (?) but I would absolutely recommend them to others in need of their services. Diane handled the process with my parents who died 4 weeks apart in 2021 and Emily handled the process with my brother who died in January 2024. They were an answer to prayer. Thank you all.
This funeral home is a very compassionate, understanding, and helpful place to assist you in your time of loss, deep sadness, and grief. The staff is very supportive, kind, and knowledgeable and I truly value and appreciate all of their warmth and help.
