We have hired Afford-It Pest Control for years. Rod works by himself and his prices are always reasonable. He throws in freebies like spraying the shops. He's a very pleasant person. We also hired him to inspect our house crawl space when we had carpenter ant damage to the shop floor and it collapsed. This was several years ago, before we hired Rod. I don't think he advertises. He is so good he just gets referrals from satisfied customers.
