Front staff is so kind. Only dentist office I have ever been to, with no decor on the wall to look at when you're getting your teeth looked at, waiting in chair. It's a tax write off, and makes it a lot more welcoming! I am always taken back quickly but then left in chair waiting for dentist for a very long time.

As a new patient, I’ve already had a wonderful experience. I was able to get on the schedule quickly and had all of my dental concerns addressed within the same week as my first visit. The front desk staff are friendly and the dentists and their assistants really made me feel seen and taken care of. Great dental care all around.

Our whole family went here, they changed ownership and continuously lied to us about our insurance and our billing and we caught on. I did a a conference call with Delta and them to see what the problem was and the receptionist admitted their lies about sending additional X rays they kept taking and NOT sending them in and charging us for the buildups OUT OF POCKET when our insurance covered them. Tried to speak to the new manager and she gaslighted and didn’t take it seriously. I hung up, she never called back to reconcile and now they still try scheduling us for appointments we DID NOT make. It’s a shame, we really liked Dr. Tran, her husband and her brother was great at running the admin office. They are crooks now and will find whatever ways to keep you from what really needs to be done and make you pay unnecessary costs. Be careful.
