Very pleased with the work that was done at my house. Andrew Grimes was the technician servicing my septic tank, not only was pilot but also super informative on the whole septic system. Me and my family look forward to using there services in the future.
but with caution,make sure you follow up with them,they dropped the ball on filling for a rss,had the service done on 3/24,no rss filed with county,4 weeks later contacted them,blamed county,then filed rss on 4/24about,county has a 10 turn around,so we missed our closing date due to not filing a rss.buyer suffers,owner suffered due to not doing the job they were paid to do.they are good at what they do,just need to stay on top and follow up with them,my real estate person tried to get to talk to the owner but it seems the office runs interference so no talking to owner to find out how/ why this happened
These guys were great. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They submitted our paperwork for certification right away as they knew we need it for our house closing Monday. Thank you!
