The Arlington Veterinary Hospital got us in as soon as they could. We saw Dr Rebekah and we couldn’t be happier. We came to this appointment very overwhelmed and scared, and the Doctor alleviated those fears. She spent time with us, explaining the diagnosis, the treatment plan, and next steps. She made me feel like my concerns were important, and she really listened. She never rushed us, and we felt like she was willing to take all the time we needed in the exam room to feel more comfortable going forward. I left the office feeling hopeful for the first time. “My cat unexpectedly died and I was overcome with grief and I called here to see if they had cremation services. The lady in the phone was very sympathetic and told me I could bring her in. When I arrived with my cat wrapped in a blanket the entire staff was incredible during this emotional time. I asked for some of her fur and whiskers along with her ashes. They did a beautiful job and I also got a memorial card and a paw print in clay and a wooden box with her name on it. It was way more than I ever expected and I will cherish that forever. Thank you all for everything you did.“
