Dr. Tom went above and beyond for my 3lb 6oz teacup yourkie!!! He allowed me to participate in decision making & and changed his protacol for her size. We also decided to feed her closer to the time of surgery and add antinausia meds to avoid hypoglycemia. These little ones don't always do well in surgery, but he clearly is vary fond of her and prioritized what was best for her.Bottom line, she came home safe and is doing great!I have also personally witnessed these two veterinarians and their staff treat the owners of a dog that passed with the highest amount of empathy and dignity.Dr. Tom's honesty, combined with a sharp wit, makes hard discussions transparent and educational....read full review

This vet was able to get my Golden an appointment the same day on a Friday, to treat my dog’s UTI. I called numerous vets and one that I had an appointment with on the following Monday for vaccinations, but no one had availability to see her. Even the emergency care clinic was a 6 hour wait and could be longer depending on incoming emergencies. I was so happy this vet worked her in, so my puppy didn’t have to suffer all weekend with a UTU. I have been going there ever since and the staff is wonderful! I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes.

I did not end up having to actually go in (thankfully), but the staff were beyond kind on the phone. I was frantic thinking my dog may have ingested a large blunt tip needle because one was missing out of the four caps she chewed up, and I couldn't find it anywhere. Despite my dogs having never been seen there before and that they were closing in an hour, they told me to come in right away and they would see her and do whatever they could for her. I ended up finding the missing needle when I was about to run out the door, but I still wanted to leave a review to thank them for their kindness and willingness to help. It's clear the staff here actually care.
