The doggy day spa and grooming

Been a customer here for over a year, constantly losing groomers, very unprofessional, best thing about this place was the groomers they lost and the price. Poor customer service and long wait times to get in for an appointment. Constant rescheduling issues due to losing groomers as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Lloyd has never looked so handsome, cute corgi butt too! Lloyd is difficult doesn't like his feet touched 1st time visit and she made it happen. Over the years we've taken Lloyd to a store groomers. They never properly groomed him, no cute corgi butt, nails partially trimmed. Today Lloyd left the SPA feeling so handsome, all smiles. He even showed off when he got home. Thank you so much! We're never going anywhere else.

The staff is always friendly. They listen to your requests you would like done to your fur baby. Very informative staff.
Last time I was there, the groomer asked me if I wanted certain areas taken care of that are known for my breed of dog ? I was very impressed. Been going here for a few years now, always done a great job.

My experience so far (2 grooms and a sanitary tidy) with my mini Bernedoodle has been great! The staff have been very open to hear what you want for your dogs groom.

When you call to make an appointment, you most likely get a voicemail mail. Make sure you leave one, because they will call you back! They are at the time busy pampering someone else's pup. I have received phone calls back as quick as 5 mins and one time it was the following morning. No big deal.
Once you have your appt set. You will get text reminders which is great!
Inside the salon is very clean and very cutely decorated. I have been in some grooming salons that have that wet dog, heavy damp feeling, not here.

They intake your pup and get all the details. Protip: if you are struggling with what kind of cut, bring in a photo of any dog that has the cut you want. We did this and the matched it perfectly.

After about 3 hours you will receive another text saying your puppy is all done and ready to be picked up! My guy has always looked great and left happy! Never any signs of anxiety or poor treatment. He also smells fantastic!

Pricing is based on weight and in our situation if he has a large number of mats and whether or not you want them to de mat.
For example we paid, $120+tip for a groom, included everything and also paid $80+tip for a tidy which was basically a trim, nails, bath and blow out. Like I said your price will vary based on your dog and size. Call them! You will be happy with the work they do!

A real good place my dog seems to appreciate them as I do.

Amber is amazing

I’ve taken my Shiba here twice. The first time for a walk in nail appt on a Thursday, the service was phenomenal. I take her back today for a nail clipping and de-shedding and she is covered in loose hair when I pick her up. Amazing with nail clippings but a let down for dogs with a bunch of hair. I paid 90 after tip for a de-shedding it looks like they gave up half way through and still charged me for it. Added photo is what 5 min with a brush got off of her when I got home. She is 17 pounds. If you couldn’t fully shed her that is fine, but don’t charge me for a half finished job.
