How refreshing! I asked for a quote on recovering a thumb drive. They quickly responded that they weren't equipped for such and gave me a recommendation for another business. Are you kidding? Having just retired after 30+ years in IT myself let me tell you that is really outstanding stuff. I ever need any work done, I'm going to these folks first!
