I have been seeing Rachel at Sugar Pine Salon for over 5 years now and I highly recommend her. I always leave feeling like a new person and she shows genuine care for my hair health each time I go in. From icy blonde to natural brown and long or short, I’ve done it all. She does an amazing job each time!!
