Today I had a deep cleaning done by Alanna. I was very nervous about having this procedure done. But I have to say she made me feel better as soon as I walked in. She explained what she was doing each step of the way and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with her professionalism and the care she gave me.
I love the people and the care i get here. However...my only concern would be the use of Audio recording and AI reliance. I understand the world is trending in that direction. But it is not necessary. And I believe most people agree that human interaction is preferable. We have done just fine for generations without the use of these technologies. I acknowledge that my experience with the dentist and hygienist has not changed. But the addition of AI technologies and listening devices is uncomfortable. Also, I have no idea when or where this picture of me came from.
Absolutely the best staff that you could have the pleasure to help you and give you services that help you have better care of your teeth and Gums. Dr Ellie is so polite and caring for your best and also Natalie the Hygienist really loves her job and truly cares for the best for you the patient. Am glad I had the pleasure to hav my them help me for my needs. Thank you all!
