Dr Ellie is so polite and caring for your best and also Natalie the Hygienist really loves her job and truly cares for the best for you the patient. I had a goos experience here for a visit and exam . I was told I needed to have a major procedure done by Dr. Pedal . Dr.pedal explained everything and all my options and I was very greatful. Everyone was nice and the office was very clean and neat. They wrote me a quote and told me my insurance would only cover a small part of the cost for a remaining balance of 23,000 . I asked if they do payment plans because even tho I work a full time job there is no way I can come up with that amount of money they said no payment most be paid in full . So for the 3 stars was because of how professional and respectful they were . I can't give them 5 stars or recommend them to any of the people I know because they didnt offer a payment plan only a credit card that offers 3,000 . and now have to find a new dentist that will work with me.

what a scam!! when u book a cleaning you won't always get one. they do an exam and tell you you need a deeper cleaning so unless you pay 700.00 out of pocket they won't do a regular cleaning. did the same scam the next day to my husband. how shameful! some people have insurance for regular cleanings and they take advantage of that.

Very kind, caring staff. My procedure was quick and painless and the dentist and assistant checked in with me through the whole procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Smokey Point Family Dentistry!!!
