“Both the roof and gutter crews where very good at their jobs. The roof crew would do a cleanup at the end of each day before they would go home. Both crew were friendly and courteous. When the job was done they did a cleanup of our place that was cleaner than when I started, I found no nails. Very happy with this company, the invoice at the end of the job was ,exactly what they quoted us, it no extra addons.”
“We sat with Isaiah and Vadim. They did an amazing job talking to us. We had a lot of fun, there's a chance we might use them for our rental house, but it was a no today for this house cuz we're selling it as is. They did a great job though”
“I hired Ilya to renovate a bathroom in a rental property I own in Everett after the tenant point out mold growing on an adjacent wall. He was VERY thorough when looking at the project, he checked the flooring in all of the adjacent rooms for signs of rot. His price was reasonable and noted that there could be additions depending on what was found once everything was opened up. Needless to say, more was found! But his additional charges seemed very reasonable to repair the damage. Additionally, we received a defective vanity from Home Depot. He ordered a replacement but when that arrived it was also defective...then he worked some sort of magic using doors and or drawers from one in the other to make it look correct. I really appreciated the extra effort. Communication was excellent throughout the project with both myself and the tenant. I will absolutely hire him again when I have a project.”
