Our experience with him (Andrew) was so POSITIVE. They kept us informed on what they were doing. We even had a bad storm during the process and the tarped leaked during it. I called and he was over here within 10 minutes. He got up on the roof with rain pouring down plus the wind and made sure everything was covered. Came inside and inspected the ceiling to make sure there were no other spots that were leaking that I didn't notice. Once the storm had subsided. Andrew and his crew were back and completed the roof. They cleaned up all their debris. They left nothing for us to clean up.

“AXIS Roof and Gutter Inc. have repaired/replaced about 6 homes in our lane the past few years including members of our HOA board as well as many homes here in Stanwood and on Camano Island, so they were our FIRST choice for consideration as we reached our 27th year of 25-year roof in need of replacement. Estimator Inspector Joey kept in touch with us since connecting back in March until we were ready to pull the trigger on the project, understood our concerns and addressed them with recommendations to meet our needs and lined us up with a great 2-man crew of Lamberto and Jose who worked hard to take advantage of perfect weather to get the job done in 4 days! We went with top-rated GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingles with Tiger Paw Underlay Membrane and Ice & Water Shield Underlay Membrane under all new flashing, wider W-style Valleys, replaced box vents(got the proper one that Kitchen Fan Exhaust was SUPPOSED to have!), learned fan exhaust flex hoses had fallen/not connected to vent boxes but EXTREMELY LUCKY attic vent holes and baffles working optimally along with proper insulation which amazed the crew to see ZERO moisture impact damage at all(whew!) and only 1 plywood panel needed replacing due to leak moisture impact!
Along with all-new Flashing, got update to code of Extended Drip Edge Flashing and one KickOut on rear-side looooooong run down fascia board to guarantee runoff directed to gutter. Safety Anchors added per code for any future roofer work and being Corner House Lot with no big windscreen trees opted for Premium TimberCrest Ridge(we have 6 of 'em!) Caps for further windshear protection. We chose 'Barkwood' shaded color shingles for a fresh neutral earth tone update that best worked with our paint colors and after a year of enjoying painted gutters, opted for Musket Brown color for our new replacement gutters and downspouts. Lalo & Jesus came out and got those taken care of and raised and properly pitched/aligned the horseshoe section above front entry to direct runoff to downspouts East & West and no more standing water issue! As explained, to comply with current code and ensure Timberline roof system 50-year guarantee is qualified, 1 inch nails HAVE to penetrate roof deck, including Exposed Un-Soffited Overhangs---but peace o' mind shingles won't be flying off ANYwhere! AXIS has been great to work with, easy to communicate with and no question too stupid, understood and addressed our concerns, friendly and positive, worked hard to get the job done and very safety-conscious, meticulously cleaned and protected our yard, flowerbeds from any debris impact and we highly recommend to anyone in need of roof care! We are very happy with our new roof, skylights and gutters and we will continue with AXIS for any future maintenance or repair needs!
