Karl came out to troubleshoot my problem on my septic tank pump on the referral of my plumber and he spent a whole day here including Parts run getting everything in order and working for me by the time he left, very efficient very pleasant person to work with, would use him again.

Excellent, was concerned that I could smell electrical fire and couldn't identify it. He could out there on a Friday evening, identified that it was coming from my furnace, and referred me to someone that was able to make the repair. Much appreciated!
