My experiences with Northwest Eye Surgeons, both locations, has been great. All the staff has been super nice, ready to answer questions and made sure I was comfy.
I'm not quite finished with my procedure of cataract removal and lens implants, I'll get back to you if I'm asked again for a review.
This was my first visit to the Northwest Eye Surgeons clinic in Smokey Point after being referred by my regular eye doctor following my annual check-up, where signs of cataracts were detected. My experience here was pleasant. The reception staff were helpful, cheerful, and efficient in getting me checked in. The technician in the exam room was also pleasant, and I felt confident in her initial examination procedures. The doctor had excellent bedside manner and thoroughly answered all of my questions. After the exam, the reception staff were very helpful in setting up my next appointment. I look forward to my future visits.
Everyone was great, kind, helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. I go back on the 4th to have my left eye done. No fear so grateful for all who helped & took care of me. I would recommend they to everyone. Well done you amazingly great people. May God richly bless you all.
