I was having lower back pain for over a week. I was on a search for a chiropractor around my area but all were very unresponsive. Finally I fell upon Arlington Massage Therapy and it was easy booking. Anastasiya helped me a lot! She was knowledgeable and taught me how to take better care of my concern . She concentrated on the lower back pain during my 55min session and I will totally admit, it was still painful the same evening. But waking up the next morning with tips on how to sleep, my back felt almost close to normal again. I still have aches here and there, but working on strengthening my back again and planning to do another visit soon!
Everyone I've seen here has been really friendly and helpful! They listen to where your ached and pains are and are very communicative about your needs and what's going on. Really recommend them!
