“my Granddaughter had shellac on her own nails, the lady doing them never filed her nails or cleaned them, she had a couple nails that had chocolate from candy she ate before we got there and there was still chocolate when we left. I had to tell the girl doing mine several times she was shaping them wrong. for $75 we should have had beautiful nails. last time I go there! I also posted on their Google page. They overcharged me and I'm so disappointed in their dishonesty, I over heard them straight up telling a first time customer they couldn't put a design on regular polish that it had to be shellac, I've seen it done many many times. That's how they swindle people, how sad!“

“Walk-in welcome. I did call before hand if there was an availability for a Mani/Pedi. Just a heads up whatever package you ask for they will try to upscale you to the next tier. They did talk me into the most expensive pedicure but i was spoiling myself too I didn't mind. Not sure if I'd get the gel package it felt kind of weird just an FYI. Not 100% satisfied with my designs. My pedicures did an excellent job with my base color and a so-so on my design. On the other hand my manicurist was the opposite. “I have severe arthritis and Kelly was very gentle! Two months out from foot surgery and she was careful. I did not have one painful moment. You need to make an appt, but it’s worth it. Kelly is now my nail person. Shed’s also very kind.“

“This is one of the BEST nail salons I have been to. Not only is the quality of their work superb, but they are genuinely concerned with making sure you have a great experience. The price is also unbeatable! I have only gotten pedicures, but if the manicures are anything like those, then you're in great hands!!! They are a small mom and pop establishment and run by a husband and wife who are just the sweetest people.

“I came to Top nails because it was close by my house. I got gel pedicure and manicure and it was a pleasant and enjoyable visit. I got the pedicure first and the man did a fantastic job with scrubbing and massaging my feet. Tina came and colored my toes and she also did my nails. “When I tell you, this salon did a phenomenal job on my manicure & pedicure, there is no exaggeration!! I was so happy leaving the salon and seeing the outcome of my nails. As I grow my natural nails I am always nervous about certain devices being used like the drills or harsher nail files. Today's review is for Olympic Nails & Spa in Gig Harbor. First off let me start off by saying that this business has been under new management since August of 2024. This is a Great thing for Olympic Nails! They have one of the best Nail technicians in the PNW, (her name is Annie). Her and the staff are an unbelievable addition to this business. I can say, (100%) since my wife, daughter and even my mom have been going to Annie for many years. They absolutely love her and her work. Over the years, I have been privileged to see all of Annie's hard work and the creations that she comes up with on people's nails. I honestly don't know how someone can be so articulate and precise while working on nails. Now let's be honest ladies, sometimes a nail will break or fall off these technicians cannot make the nails always last forever. I have been married for 33 yrs-YES, (33) so I've seen and heard of all kinds of nail issues in that time. My wife and daughter have Never been So happy with all of the work Annie and the staff have done for them in almost ten years. I would Highly recommend Annie and the staff at Olympic Nails to do a fantastic job on your nails or a pedicure. Most Women when they find a place they like will stick to it. If you find yourself wondering where else to go- then wonder no more. Come to Olympia Nail & Spa and give them a try. “I had such a good experience! This is my second time getting my nails done, and the first time I went to a different nail salon. The first nail salon I went to make my nails bleed and were very rough. She was very sweet though, and the nails turned out beautiful. But, it left me scared for my next pedicure. My friend recommended Britain nails and I told her I would go there next. At Britain nails everyone was so sweet and I had a good laugh with them and my cousins! Rachel did an amazing job with my nails and did them with care as well. I definitely will come again!“
