Excellent doctor. Dr Hines operated on my eyelid. His skill and dexterity were very impressive, all the more so given the sensitivity of the eye area. His bedside manner was calm and soothing, and he kept me informed on his progress throughout the procedure. He exudes experience as well as empathy, even calling me himself to ensure I was ok the evening after the surgery.

Dr Hines knows his stuff (and more). Both my husband and I have seen him. My husband has had the most/more serious issues; Dr Hines has "called it" 100% if the time. 10/10
