Riley and company did a great job on my roof replacement. In watching the process, I didn't realize how much is involved. Riley was honest. Upon his first inspection of my roof, he told me it still had about 18 months of life left and to chat again at that time. He could have just as easily said to replace it now.. and I wouldn't had known the difference. I think the final product is a superior roof system.
I called Savage for my own chimney leaking near Anacortes/Burlington (this is after years of working with them as a realtor). Riley came out that day and was SO kind to explain what he thought was the problem and explained that it was likely a mason who would be the best person to fix it. But he caulked up the spots for free which solved our leak until we could get the right weather and the right mason. It was SUCH a relief and exactly what we needed at the moment.
