Disorganized! More than twice, appointment times were messed up and/or not on their calendar at all! No discount or anything for the several times I drove over 30 mins for these appts. While trying to receive a facial, I can hear the laser from the other room beeping every two seconds for the length of the facial. When entering the office, there are about five women at the desk, but nobody is really doing anything. Very disorganized business.
