Erin Mallory took as good care of me as she could given the limitations Optum places on its providers. They took months (and months and months) to put in a simple referral, but at least they were friendly. My PCP, Erin, was unavailable one day so they were going to schedule with me with another provider there to discuss my severe drug allergies - that provider refused to see me because I wanted to talk about potential allergies to the COVID vaccine. A provider REFUSED to see a patient. How much $ is Optum paid by COVID vaccine makers? How many lawyers do they have on staff to ensure they get away with abandoning their patients? Disgusting. I have watched the service decline since they were bought by Optum, will never go back to them. Everyone that works there should be ashamed.
Dr. Young is a wonderful physician. She takes her time to listen to concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of health matters. Clearly she keeps very up to date on her research. I have never felt rushed at this office. Messages are responded to promptly. Front office staff and nurses/PAs are also very friendly.
I have been seeing Erin Mallory for some time as my primary care person and appreciate her thoroughness and the genuine concern she displays. An added bonus for patients needing to visit is how pleasant everyone is at this medical facility.
