My new pcp Andrea Riley took 8 months to get to see. I liked her a lot, but when I had some medical issues on 2 occasions, I could not see her and saw 2 different providers. Having inconsistent providers does not establish quality medical care. Because I did not feel heard or that my concerns were taken seriously enough I chose to go urgent care, once in Anacortes and another time in Mount Vernon. I am now looking for a different medical team where I am a person, not a number and where my pcp actually gets to know me.

Doctor Caroline Roeder & Nurse Holly have been wonderful, I have a lot of white coat anxiety and I've have felt more comfortable since working with them for medical needs. I highly recommend and I'm happy I've found a great doctor I'm comfortable working with. It's nice to have care locally in Skagit vs having to go down to the Seattle area.

I had Dr. Prins thru both pregnancies and he was absolutely amazing, honest and very kind.I have had Dr. Richard's for both children for nearly 12 years and I have always felt I was listened to and respected on all my wishes and concerns for my children. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
