I am selling a 1920's rental home on the South Hill, and the inspection showed a large root mass so large the inspector could not get his camera past. Inspector, Roto Rooter, and Kalin excavating both examined the line and said it would have to be dug up and replaced ($8000+ bid). Vietzke looked at the video and immediately noted the root mass was in a private common main shared with my neighbors (news to me, and missed by both other companies) and assured me that they can nearly always get roots gone by hydrojetting them. Alex, Noah and Patrick went above what was expected. Yes, my sewer line now works and that's great, but it was the little stuff that really made this team great. I am 100% certain that my floor is cleaner then what it was before they arrived. The finishing work was done so nicely and everything was cleaned so well. After the extremely long and hard hours they put in over the last 3 days they always showed up with a smile and a good sense of humor. I hope to never need their services again, but I will not use anyone else as long as I live in the area.
