Great spot! I had no idea it was there, but my son needed a haircut and we haven't found our home place for his hair. I Did a little googling and found Pat's. I called to see if there was any availability when I was pretty much right outside, Pat was very nice (and funny might I add). He did an AMAZING job on my sons thick hair, and the price is perfect! Best price I've found aside from the new beauty school. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great haircut at a great price. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area. Note: He was only accepting cash when I visited, not sure if this is a new policy as I saw that he also accepted credit cards on a web site.

Super super friendly guy and runs his shop with ease.
It was always a good experience getting my haircut here ritualistically (when it was shorter haha.) He charges an insanely honest amount for his cuts and you always get more than you pay for it seems.
