Horrible! Every experience I've had was awful. I had an appointment at 9:45 and i wasn't seen till 11. Even when the waiting room had only a couple people. Then I sat in the exam room for another 30 mins. I eventually got up and said i was leaving. Suddenly the doc was available to see me. All this for a prescription refill. The workers at the front desk also acted like I was bothering them or something. Rude. You will never get a call back or an answer on the phone either. I called 9x in a week and left messages. Never a call back or answer. Thats when i decided to find a new doc. Overall, horrible! Go somewhere else!!! They do not care.

Not only is their receptionist service horrible, ridiculously slow, completely non accommodating but today some brown haired who obviously does not care about helping others told the girl who was supposed to be checking me in for appointment that because I was literally only 5 min late that I had to reschedule which then completely messed everything up. Not only did I not get my diabetes evaluation that I needed but now have no desire to return whatsoever. Let's hope they don't leave the next diabetes person in lurch- ridiculous unprofessionally. Am servily disappointed that because due to unforseen events I was only a couple min late to my much needed diabetes checkup with Katie Clarkson had my appointment so rudely canceled by a brown haired female who apparently had no empathy which makes no sense. not only was it very inconvenient, rude, and ridiculous Please try to be better with your receptionist.
