“I had a problem with my Marvin windows while trying to pull down the frames to clean them. I caused not one, but two large windows not to completely close (3 inch gap). I called Brownell Windows and Doors, and spoke to Justin who was amazing. He told me it was a simple problem I could fix myself, and recommended a video they made to show me how. He also said I could come in and he would show me himself. I did that, but realized the windows were too big for me to fix it myself. He said he’d come over and fix them real quick since I just lived around the corner. Within a half hour they were fixed, AND I knew how to fix them again if the same thing happened in the future.
