“We can't say enough good things about the Crate Escape. We have been relying on them for boarding and day care for all three of our dogs for several years and they are excellent. They are reliable, caring, fun and truly care about the wellbeing of the dogs. Their attention to detail is remarkable. When one of our dogs' friends stopped attending day care on regular bases, they called us to tell us when he was scheduled to attend, so we can coordinate and bring her in as well. The dogs always come home happy and tired after attending their day care. Recently we boarded two of our dogs there for ten days. They ended up having a medical emergency and the owner stayed with them until late that night at the emergency vet while communicating with us all along. Then they continued taking care of them at the Crate Escape until we returned from our trip. Like I said, they genuinely care about the dogs and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being. It means so much to know that we have a reliable care for our dogs when traveling and that we have the peace of mind that they will be well-taken care of while we are gone. Everyone there is so kind and caring, we strongly recommend the Crate Escape.“
“My rescue pup is anxious to say the least, so the thought of boarding her while I’m away always brings up a lot of anxiety for me as well! That said, once I dropped her off and the compassionate staff asked all the right questions, I could tell my dog was in good care, and I felt confident going on my way! They also board cats, which is not always easy to come by. I could tell my kitty was comfortable and loving the staff and cat trees by the much appreciated photos posted every day on Facebook. The cost is also very reasonable compared to other boarding places. Thank you for taking good care of Billie and Olive. This is our boarding spot from now on!“
“We boarded our Golden at Crangold and were so impressed we adopted our next dog from them. He was a wonderful dog and beloved member of our family. Spirited, regal, and very intelligent. He was easily trained and so well behaved (well, most of the time! He had a mischievous streak we loved.)Ollie passed away 2 months ago at a ripe age and we are still heart broken. No one to greet us when we return to an empty house. No one to hike with us and run wild. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because so much food and treat came back that was supposed to be given to her, but it apparently all worked out. We appreciate having a reliable and happy place for Bailey where we know she is loved.“
