We evaluated a number of modular companies and decided to work with Karen on the design of our modular home. She was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with, making the process very straightforward. Would definitely recommend Karen and HP Modular!

We worked with High Performance Modular Homes for the design and construction of a vacation home. Karen was very knowledgeable about the building process from start to finish. She supported us in selecting and customizing a floor plan and finish options to accommodate our budget and meet our needs. Karen was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process, and answered all our questions and kept us in the loop with progress. Costs that were within HPMH control were accurately estimated at the start of the project. Karen and her wonderful team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Having been a Carpenter for nearly a decade in my earlier years I knew what to watch for and expect from a good builder. From the flexibility in the design process to the communication on owner preferences and how to best meet them High Performance Modular homes met and exceeded our needs. Their timeline was exceptional in comparison to people I know who were utilizing other local Modular home companies for their builds.
